The website www.lanouvelleeveparis.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by THE NEW EVE.
Publishing director : Mr. Jean-Jacques CLERICO, President of the Blanche 4 company, herself president of the Society of Show Organizers.

These terms are governed by French and European law, in particular:

  • Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by the law of 20 June 2018.

In the event of a dispute, French courts are competent.
