- For “dinner and show 6.30pm” evenings, please arrive from 6.30pm. Exit at 10:15pm.
- For “8:15pm show” evenings, please arrive at 8pm. Exit at 10:15pm.
- For “10:30pm show” evenings, please arrive after 10:15pm.
Entrance doors close 10 minutes before the start of the show.
In order not to disrupt the smooth running of the show, people arriving at the Nouvelle Eve entrance after the doors have closed may be refused admission. No admission will be allowed after the start of the show and no refunds will be given.

The show lasts 1h45 depending on the attractions on stage.
The seating plan is prepared daily to ensure a quality welcome, which is why you cannot know your place in advance. When you arrive, we'll show you to your table.
You can also show your ticket on your smartphone, or contact the ticket office by phone at +33 1 48 74 69 25 or by email at contact@lanouvelleeveparis.com. In case of contact by email, it is important to include: the reservation number, the name of the person indicated on the reservation, the number of seats purchased, the time and date of the show.
La Nouvelle Eve is located in Paris, at 25 Rue Pierre Fontaine, in the Montmartre district, near the Blanche metro station (line 2).
At present, there is no reduced rate for children.
Our show is intergenerational. Minors aged 6 and over are welcome, accompanied by an adult.
No alcoholic beverages will be served to children under 18.
You may be asked to show proof of identity. For any further questions, please contact reservations.
La Nouvelle Ève offers a special welcome for people with reduced mobility. To best prepare for your visit, we advise you to contact us by email or telephone, preferably 24 hours in advance.
Yes, there is a charge for this service.
However, backpacks, suitcases and other bulky luggage (with the exception of small handbags) are not accepted, either in the lounge or in the locker.
Animals are not allowed in the establishment, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs, accompanying persons holding a disability card and a priority card for disabled persons, in accordance with current regulations.
It is specified that emotional support dogs (or any other animal) are not accepted.
If you haven't printed your ticket, you can present it directly on your smartphone, either via the mbillet service or by using the PDF sent in the confirmation email. If you can no longer find your ticket, please contact the box office and include the following information:
- The reservation number
- The name of the person indicated on the reservation
- The number of seats purchased
- The time and date of the show
In application of the conditions of article 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not benefit from a right of retraction. The ticket issued for the Service cannot be taken back, reimbursed or exchanged. Thus, if the Customer cancels his/her reservation, the price paid by the Customer for the ticket will be retained by Nouvelle Eve as compensation.
At present, it is not yet possible to purchase New Eve merchandise on site.
La Nouvelle Eve does not currently offer gift vouchers for its show.
For copyright and safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record any part of the Nouvelle Eve show.
Please note that La Nouvelle Eve is a non-smoking establishment: entrance, lobby, auditorium.
Electronic cigarettes are not permitted.
